Refund Policy

Legal Entity: Zapis Fit is owned and operated by Milan Vlaški, an individual entrepreneur based in Istočno Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

• Try Before You Buy: Zapis Fit provides an interactive demo. We encourage you to test all features to ensure the software meets your requirements before purchasing.
• Refund Window: We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase if the software does not perform as advertised or if you encounter an unresolvable technical defect.
• Subscription Renewals: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid future charges, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Refunds are not typically granted for forgotten renewals once the billing cycle has begun.
• Setup Fee & Access:
  • Cancellation: Canceling your cloud sync subscription allows you to continue using the base version of the app.
  • Refunds: Refunding the setup fee results in a complete loss of access to the app. We do not process setup fee refunds separately from subscription cancellations.
